Our journey began in 2018 when I, along with my wonderful wife, took the leap to turn our dreams into reality by purchasing a home and establishing our own business. Drawing from extensive experience working in reputable companies, I was determined to create a service that meets the highest industry standards.
Since our inception, we have hit the ground running and have been dedicated to delivering outstanding results for our customers. Our commitment to excellence has propelled our growth, allowing us to expand our offerings to include a full-service mobile sandblasting division.

Our Equipment
At Green Mountain Mobile Sandblasting & Powder Coating LLC, our journey is grounded in hard work, resilience, and a passion for high-quality equipment. As of 2025, we’re proud to operate both a full-service powder coating shop and a state-of-the-art mobile sandblasting division—both based in Johnson, Vermont.
We started in 2018 with little more than determination and a $200 oven. By 2019, we had reinvested into a professional 4’x4’x6’ powder coating oven, KF-X1 powder coating system and small sandblasting equipment—laying the foundation for what was to come. In 2022, after years of saving every dollar, we made our first major leap.
We purchased a 2017 RAM 2500 work truck and had a custom-built mobile wet sandblast trailer created by Greener Blast Technologies. With that, our mobile sandblasting division was born, and my son Dylan joined me on the road. Then, in 2023, our shop—and our entire community—was devastated by a flood.
Thanks to the support of family, friends, and our loyal customers, we pulled through and rebuilt stronger than before. In 2024, we added a second work truck—a 2012 RAM 1500—which allowed us to stay mobile, expand our reach, and promote our business with a dedicated wrap vehicle. Today, in April 2025, we’re taking things to the next level again: building a brand-new, cutting-edge mobile dry sandblasting trailer with our trusted partners at Greener Blast Technologies. We’ve come a long way from that $200 oven—and we’re just getting started. With top-tier equipment and a relentless drive to improve, Green Mountain Mobile Sandblasting & Powder Coating is ready for whatever comes next.
