Every log cabin is unique in size, shape, and accessibility—so our pricing reflects that. In general, our sandblasting rates range from $7 to $10 per sq ft. For example, a single-story, ranch-style log home with easy ground-level access typically falls on the lower end of that range, around $7 per sq ft.

However, for two-story log cabins, especially those with elevated sections on two or more sides, pricing may increase to $8–$10 per sq ft. Cabins with challenging logistics—such as steep terrain, limited site access, or obstacles around the structure—may also fall on the higher end of that range. In many of these cases, customers are required to rent a boom lift for 1–2 days, depending on how much of the cabin requires elevated access. The layout of the home, condition of the surrounding ground, and other on-site factors all play a role in determining the final price.

The best way to estimate your cost is to measure the square footage of the exterior log walls you want blasted. Keep in mind—this is not the square footage of your home’s interior, but the total surface area of the log walls being blasted. This will give you a rough idea of the blasting cost.
